I want every buyer to know that they are a top priority. As we talk and visit homes that fit their parameters, I am listening and watching to understand better what they truly want in a home. My goal is to filter out properties that won’t work and make certain the buyers’ time is spent visiting homes with the greatest potential for meeting their needs. We’ll keep looking until the buyers know they’ve found the right house. If something isn’t right about a house or a neighborhood based on their criteria, I will be honest about my concerns. I never want to pressure buyers to make a decision that may not be in their best interest.
My Commitment as a Listing Agent to Sellers:
My goal is always to optimize the sales price of every listing, given the time frame required by the seller. That means being open and honest with respect to market conditions and the marketability of the home itself. A great sale is one that is a win-win for both buyer and seller. Understanding the importance of first impressions, I work with sellers to stage the home for the best possible price in the shortest listing time. Properties are marketed in a variety of media, including, but not limited to, many different forums on the internet. I actively follow up with Realtors® who visit the home with clients to discover their reactions and to see if there are barriers to their clients’ purchase of the home that we might be able to overcome.
On the Personal Side:
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, the daughter of an Army professional, Renee traveled the world from Japan to Germany, and to states throughout the U.S., experiencing many different cultures and regions of the world. Currently married to a retired Navy Senior Chief who works for Tinker Air Force Base, Renee has a compassionate understanding to the wants and needs of Veterans and their families as well as Oklahoma's very own Natives and longstanding residences. “Growing up in different cities around the world made me appreciate how different the meanings behind the word ‘home’ can be. It gave me the ability to take myself out of the equation when trying to target the best decision for buyers or sellers,” Renee explains.
